The teams at Cool FM and Downtown Radio have been channelling their inner ‘popstar’ in a bid to support disadvantaged children throughout Northern Ireland.
Ahead of ‘Cash for Kids Day’ on Thursday 27th April presenters are encouraging listeners to follow their lead by dressing up as their very own favourite popstar for the day and join the fundraising efforts.
Whether it’s Harry Styles, a throwback to early 2000’s Britney Spears or a classic Elton John look, all popstar personas go! Cool FM and Downtown County radio presenters Pete, Paulo, Rebecca, Gary, Glen, and Victoria Quinn has been getting into the spirit by dressing up as their very own musical icons.
Cash for Kids Charity Manager, Clare McGimpsey said: ‘For many families 2023 looks set to be just as hard financially as 2022. That’s why we’re determined to do everything we can to make a difference and reach more families than ever before.
