Resilience Refined Workshop To Help Entrepreneurs Thrive And Avoid Burnout

The Go Succeed Start team is hosting an in-person workshop at the Enterprise Causeway offices in Coleraine on Wednesday September 11, from 10am to noon.

The workshop, titled Resilience Refined: Strategies to Thrive and Surmount Burnout, is designed to equip participants with practical tools and techniques to enhance resilience and overcome burnout in business.

It will provide an in-depth exploration of burnout, covering its causes and impacts, while also offering strategies for building resilience, navigating challenges, and fostering a mindset focused on self-leadership.

Facilitated by Belinda O’Neill, the session will incorporate interactive discussions, creative activities, and exercises aimed at increasing awareness of burnout, improving coping skills, and promoting sustainable self-care practices.

Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of how to recognise burnout warning signs, manage stress effectively, and maintain well-being in demanding business situations.

Additionally, the workshop offers a supportive environment where attendees can share experiences and insights with peers, fostering a network of mutual support.

The event is open to individuals in the early stages of their business within the Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council area, as well as neighbouring council areas.

The venue is fully accessible, with on-site parking available. Please note that registration is free but spaces are limited, with priority given to businesses based in the Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council area if capacity is reached.
